How to Find Peace in Trials and Overcome Setbacks
Research shows that over one in every two people feels completely stressed out, exhausted, lonely, and anxious. Whether you’re facing a battle you feel you cannot win, are facing a hopeless situation, or have had a major setback in life, I need you to know this: It is not over until God says it is over. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He still provides. And He can make a way where there seems to be no way.
This page will help you with the hard questions: Where is God when it hurts? How do I overcome the worry that keeps me up at night? How do I find the strength to forgive when bitterness feels justified? Today, shift your eyes from the size of your storm to the stature of your Savior. If Jesus is in your boat, you will be okay.
God’s Provision
I don’t know what you are going through at the moment or what you need, but I believe that God is able to make a way. If you’re in need or are facing a desperate situation, know this: God is your supernatural provider.
“God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
“I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” (Hebrews 13:5)
“So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” (Hebrews 4:16)
“Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.” (Psalms 37:25)
Victory
Are you facing a difficult time in your life? It may seem like there is no way out, hope may be fading, and it may seem like the battle is impossible to overcome. Yes, we face storms and get knocked down, but in Jesus there is victory, breakthrough, and triumph.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” (Isaiah 43:2)
