Life Tip: Don’t Worry about Anything

It is easy to worry about what may or may not happen in the future. 

Today, I need to tell you that you do not have to worry about anything. Instead, you can rather pray about everything.

God wants to be part of every area of your life. Ask God for help. He wants you to bother him with your problems. He answers prayers and offers the best solutions.

Philippians 4:6-7…

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

We are commanded DO NOT be anxious about anything. In other words, DO NOT WORRY. 

We are also told to PRAY to God, not in SOME situations, but in EVERY situation. 

Today, if you are concerned about something or feeling fearful or uneasy about what the future holds, you can ASK God to help you. You can PRESENT YOUR REQUESTS to God. He offers to help. 

We are also told that when we choose not to worry but to pray and give our burdens to God, he will GUARD YOUR HEART and give you HIS PEACE, a peace that surpasses ALL UNDERSTANDING.

So today, don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.

You may think that God is not interested in your problems, but he is. Jesus told us that we can approach him and ask him for guidance and help. He wants to do life with you.

John 14:12-14…

Jesus said, “You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!”

Stop trying to figure life out alone. Stop trying to do everything in your own strength. There is a God who has all power and all authority. He wants to do life with you. 

Matthew 11:28…

Jesus also said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

You can surrender all to Jesus.

Give Jesus…

• Your worries,
• Your concerns,
• Your dreams, and 
• Your life. 

Give Jesus your all. You can trust Him. 

Invite Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. On the cross, Jesus paid the full price for our sins so that we could be made right with God. Today, put your trust in him.

Dear Lord Jesus, I need you. I give you my burdens and my future. I put them in your hands. I surrender my life, my all, to you. Lord, please forgive me and cleanse me. Lord Jesus, I believe that You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I put my faith in you. Thank you that you are my God and that today, you accept me as your beloved child. Thank you that you are my Lord and Savior. Please fill me, lead me and help me through life. Thank you for new life, eternal life, and abundant life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
