Jesus is Our All-in-All

landscape photography of clouds

Are you in a desperate situation? Are you under attack? Scared? In trouble? Are you in need? Living in lack? Have you lost your peace? Have you lost your way?

You do not need to face life alone. God wants to walk the journey with you.

If you have fallen or find yourself stuck in the sinking sand of life, you can either lie there wallowing and give up, just accepting your current circumstances as your lot in life.

Or…

You can give your life, along with your problems, to God.

When you turn over your life to God, He will reach down with His long, extendable arm of love. He will pick you up and set your feet back upon the solid rock, on a firm foundation of His love and grace.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

God has a plan for your life. It is an eternal plan. It is a good plan. You can rest in God. You can rely on God.

Today I want to give you a fresh revelation of Jesus.

If you find yourself in danger or are battling, you can put your hope in Jesus.

Jesus is Our All-in-All

Jesus is everything we need…

He is OUR PROTECTOR

Jesus is the one who offers security. He is our place of safety.

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.

For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”

Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. Just open your eyes, and see how the wicked are punished.”

If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.”

For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!” (Psalms 91:1-13)

God is your protector. In Him, you can find rest. He is your refuge, your place of safety. You can trust Him.

He rescues. He is the life-saver. You do not need to live in fear and dread, for God is able to protect you.

Make the Lord your refuge. Let God be your place of safety. Take cover under the shadow of His wings.

Put your trust in God. Psalm 91 concludes with this amazing promise…

I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.” (Psalms 91:1416)

Do you love God? Have you put your faith in the finished work of Jesus? Do you trust Him? If so, you can rest assured that…

  • When you call on God, He will answer you.
  • God will be with you in your time of trouble.
  • God will rescue you.
  • God will protect you.
  • God will give you long life.
  • God will save you.

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.” (Psalms 18:2)

God wants to be your firm foundation and place of safety, shielding you from storms and attacks. He wants to be your Savior and your Protector.

He is OUR PROVIDER

God is not only your protector, He is also your supernatural provider

God can do anything. All things are possible with God. He is the waymaker. He gives strength. He can provide for all your needs.

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

Jesus is the one who can turn water into wine.” (John 2:1-11)

When Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding feast, it was not a life-or-death situation. This was Jesus’ first miracle, and it shows that nothing is too big or too small for God. No situation to too far gone or too hard for God. He is the one who can turn your water into wine. He can make a way.

On one occasion, Jesus had been speaking to a crowd all day. The people were hungry. Jesus borrowed a little boy’s lunch and fed 5000 men plus their families. (Matthew 14:13-21)

Jesus basically took a “happy meal” and multiplied it.

He can supernaturally provide. He can take your little and multiply it. When Jesus had fed the 5000 men (plus their wives and children), there were baskets left over. This shows that when Jesus provides, He can provide in abundance.

Experienced fishermen had been fishing all night, and they had not caught anything. They were mending their nets and sitting around. Jesus told them to launch out into the deep and to cast their nets. They caught such a huge catch of fish that they nearly sank their boat! (Luke 5:4)

Jesus can make a way even when you feel down and out. Maybe you have been fishing all night and have caught nothing. Maybe you have lost your job, or your business is going through a tough time. Wait on God. He can supernaturally provide.

Jesus and His disciples came to a town and needed to pay their taxes. They had no money on them. Jesus told Peter, an experienced fisherman, to go fish. Peter caught a fish that had a gold coin in its mouth. The gold coin was enough to cover all their taxes. (Matthew 17

In all his years of fishing, I am sure that Peter had never caught a fish like this before. God provides. No matter the tough times you may be facing, you can trust in God.

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4:13)

Jesus is still able to provide for your needs. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

He has not changed. His mercies are new every morning. He is our supernatural provider. He knows what you need and can supply your needs according to his riches in glory. Trust in God as your provider.

He is OUR PEACE

God is not only your protector and supernatural provider—He is also the Prince of Peace. He can fill your troubled heart with peace!

May God’s peace flow like a mighty river in your life.

Jesus said, Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)

Don’t be troubled. Trust in God.

Jesus is our Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)

Jesus offers you peace, a deep and true inner peace that comes from the Prince of Peace.

If you want real, lasting peace, the all-encompassing peace of God, you need to surrender your life to Jesus. If you have lost your peace, you need to return to Him.

If you want to start or restart your walk with God, click here to pray a simple prayer we have set up for you.

Jesus said, I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

Take your eyes off the storm. Don’t be troubled by the crazy things this world is throwing at you. Take Heart. Trust in Jesus.

He is with you in your darkest hour and has overcome the world.

Jesus calms storms! (Mark 4:35-41

Jesus can calm your storm. He brings peace. Don’t let your heart be troubled. Trust in God. May the peace of God flood your heart to overflowing.

He is ALL-POWERFUL

God is not only your protector, supernatural provider, and prince of peace—He is also your all-powerful God.

Jesus said,All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.” (Matthew 28:18)

Jesus has all power and authority in heaven and earth.

Oh, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.” (Jeremiah 32:17)

Absolutely nothing is too hard for God.

God can do a miracle in your life.
He is the one who heals, delivers, and sets free.
Our God is so big. He is not worried about how He is going to make it.
He is mighty to set free.
Nothing is too hard for God.

For nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37)

He can break the strongholds down. He can crush the oppression and shatter the chains. Nothing is impossible for God.

In fact, all things are possible with God.

Jesus looked at them and said, With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

Call on Jesus

If you need Jesus as your Protector, your Provider, your Prince of Peace, and your all-powerful Savior, I want to encourage you to…

  • PRAY
  • PURSUE GOD
  • PRAISE HIM

I encourage you to PRAY

Don’t worry about anything. Pray about everything

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)

Stop worrying about how you are going to make it, rather surrender your burdens to God in prayer. Petition God. Present your requests to God. He answers prayers. He will come through for you. He offers a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Remember that God’s “Yes” is as good as His “No”.

Sometimes, He tells us to wait. He knows what is happening, what is around the next corner, and has a bird’s-eye view of your life, so wait on Him. Trust Him. At the right time, He will come through.

Call on God. Pray in the secret place.

Jesus told us,But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” (Matthew 6:6)

Ask. Seek. Knock.

Again, Jesus told us,Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)

Are you knocking on the doors of heaven? Are you seeking God? He knows what is best, and He wants the best for you.

When last did you ask God for help?

Jesus also said, “You haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy.” (John 16:24)

Ask God to intervene. Ask in Jesus’ name. Seek God. If you are in trouble, pray to God!

I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles.” (Psalms 34:4-6)

Do you need a breakthrough?

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Will you…

  • Humble yourself
  • Pray
  • Seek God
  • Turn your sin and your wicked ways

When you do…

  • God will hear your prayers
  • He will forgive your sins
  • He will bring healing, restoration, and revival

Pray, asking God to help you. Call on Him. When you call on God, He will answer.

I encourage you to PURSUE GOD

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:8)

Be single-minded in your pursuit of God. Don’t be double-minded. Put your faith in God. Turn from sin. Draw near to God. When you do, He will draw near to you.

There is something about the presence of God that makes everything else crumble in comparison.

God can do more in a moment than we can do in a lifetime.

Seek God. Pursue God. Spend time with God.

When you do, God will pour out His presence. He will draw close to you. You will experience His peace and inexpressible joy.

In His presence, the anointing of God will break the yoke of oppression. In God’s presence, you will be set free and discover your destiny and purpose.

“Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will help you.” (Psalms 37:3-5)

Pursue God. Pursue his presence. Delight in Him, and He will give you the desires of your heart.

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” (Hebrews 4:16)

You can come boldly to God’s throne of grace. As God’s child, you can approach Him with confidence. He wants to help you. Come boldly. At God’s throne, you will find grace to help you in your time of need.

Draw close to God. When you do, He will draw close to you. Purify your heart and come boldly to God’s throne of grace.

I encourage you to PRAISE GOD

Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!” (Psalms 150:1-6)

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

He is God. He is the creator. He is our limitless God. He is worthy of our praise.

Your troubles might look like mountains…

When you worship God, you magnify Him. He becomes bigger in your life, and your problems shrink. Your problems may be huge, but compared to God, they are like molehills.

Praise the Lord! Yes, give praise, O servants of the Lord. Praise the name of the Lord! Blessed be the name of the Lord now and forever. Everywhere—from east to west— praise the name of the Lord.”

For the Lord is high above the nations; his glory is higher than the heavens. Who can be compared with the Lord our God, who is enthroned on high?

He stoops to look down on heaven and on earth. He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump. He sets them among princes, even the princes of his own people! He gives the childless woman a family, making her a happy mother. Praise the Lord!” (Psalms 113:1-9)

God has all power and authority. Praise God. Worship Him.

When you lift God up with your praise, He will lift you up out of the garbage dump, out of the mud and the mire.

God can lift you up and set your feet on a solid rock.

He can lift you up out of your trouble and set you on a new trajectory that can catapult you into your destiny for which God made you.

God can lift you up out of your trouble and set you up for a BETTER and BRIGHTER future. He can change your life for the good! He can even set you amongst royalty.

He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”  (Isaiah 40:29-31)

God can revive your weary sole. He can lift you up out of your trouble so that you can soar on wings like eagles.

In Conclusion

JESUS IS OUR ALL-IN-ALL!

JESUS IS OUR PROTECTOR, OUR SUPERNATURAL PROVIDER, OUR PRINCE OF PEACE, AND HE IS THE ALL-POWERFUL SAVIOR.

I Encourage You to…

PRAY, PURSUE GOD, AND PRAISE HIM.

Put your hope in God. Call on Him. Bow down to Him. Praise Him.

Draw close to God. Surrender your life, your concerns, and your troubles to God.

Live to please God. Begin to seek Jesus and call on God in prayer. Get desperate enough to pursue God. Let every breath that is within you begin to praise the Lord!

When you make Jesus your all-in-all, you can trust Him to be your protector, your provider, your peace, and your all-powerful Savior!

He is your redeemer, your Savior, and your friend.

Live to please God.

When you begin to pray, pursue, and praise God, you will please God and make Him smile.

Now, have a look at this…

When the king smiles, there is life; his favor refreshes like a spring rain.” (Proverbs 16:15)

Make God smile. When you do, He will pour out His favor and will bring refreshing.

May God lift you up on wings like eagles, and may you soar!
