Today, we want to look at WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GET GOING.

Starting your own business can be challenging. There will be days when you want to quit.

Today, I want to inspire you to toughen up, especially when you face tough times.

Keep Going!

When you face tough times, don’t give up, don’t give in, or quit. Keep going…

“Never, never, never give up.”  –Winston Churchill, British Prime Minister

“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed.”  –Michael Jordan, NBA Legendary Basketball MVP

“I’m convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance.”  –Steve Jobs, Co-Founder and CEO, Apple

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)

Don’t Sell Yourself Short…

“Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”  –Mary Kay Ash, Mary Kay Cosmetics Founder

God is limitless, and he wants to walk the journey with you.

Enjoy…

“Live your life on purpose and with passion.” – Clinton Werner, Invest 4 Life

Even so, I have noticed one thing, at least, that is good. It is good for people to eat, drink, and enjoy their work under the sun during the short life God has given them, and to accept their lot in life. And it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. To enjoy your work and accept your lot in life—this is indeed a gift from God.” (Ecclesiastes 5:18)

Invite God to Be Your Business Partner

Jesus said, But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Matthew 6:33-34)

Invite God to be your CEO. Put Him first. God is interested in you and wants to see you excel.

God has all the resources.

The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the LORD Almighty.” (Haggai 2:8)

He also wants to walk the journey with you, and He can help you.

Remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth.” (Deuteronomy 8:18)

He can lead you in the right direction and open up doors of opportunity.

The Advocate, The Holy Spirit, whom the father will send in my name, will teach you all things.” (John 14:26)

The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth.” (John 16:13)

Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.” (Psalm 37:4)

Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of your crops, then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.” (Psalm 3:9-10)

May God open doors of opportunity, give you wisdom, and take you on an entrepreneurial adventure. May God bless your business.

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.” (Proverbs 10:22)
